About Me

My name is Flow. I've been playing the guitar for 20 years, and I've been a multi-instrumentalist for about 12 years. I create music with purpose, and I teach my fellow humans how to do the same.

My journey thus far has taught me that life is most fulfilling when lived with integrity. Music allows me to feel this integrity to the fullest extent, and express it freely.

In a world full of chaos, I wholeheartedly believe that people's authentic embodiment and artistic expression is exactly what is needed to shape the hopeful, harmonious future that we all believe is possible. My creations and teachings are intended to facilitate exactly that.
